London Bridge is Falling Down

Today we discussed the traditional English kids' song. We also saw videos about the old bridge, how it got constructed, along with a brief history of London.

Pupils were shown a number of flashcards with different materials, such as wood, clay, iron, steel, brick, etc. used in the construction of the bridge.

They also played the game and, of course, sang the song.

They had a lot of fun creating a puzzle showing different landmarks in London.
